		<description>Spot on Keith. They are doing nothing to confront the epidemic of binge drinking. As you say it is those who do not partake in those excesses that are being driven from our pubs, which will become as endangered a species as post offices before long.</description>

The people who are going to suffer are the old age pensioners who are on a low income and just enjoy a pint or two of beer at the local pub.

Why is it that the elderly, the sick, the unemployed, and the homeless always suffer the most at budget time while the rich get richer?</description>
